Return & Refund Policy
At Al Shaheen Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
* Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
